Cindy has made an amazing film which is a window onto life with a narcissistic mother. The neglected daughters are the heroes of this film funny, compassionate, wise, evolved. The mother remains the flawed empty one, mothered by her daughters. The Village Voice and NT Times reviews were way off base. Everyone I have sent to this film to has LOVED it, especially my fellow Irish depressives with narcissistic mothers. Cindy has caught the humor, the way Woody Allen does, of the suburban setting. The film is fresh with the paper doll cut outs of the mom in multiple outfits, rapid travel snap shots, and Trader Vic's setting for the paramour. BRAVO CINDY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
