What does it mean to be Jewish? Three generations of the Rashevski family grapple with the question, after the death of Rose, the secular matriarch who believed that the tango would make all troubles disappear. Charming and endearing, the characters confront issues of relationships, family, religion, love, romance, and interfaith marriage.
WINNER - Audience Award, Boston Jewish Film Festival
"A dance of love, family and religion, handled with subtlety, charm and, in final scenes, real elegiac power by director/co-writer Sam Garbarski and his first-rate cast. Don't sit this tango out.” Boston Herald
“Affecting characters who grow increasingly at ease with themselves.” Boston Globe
