Phil is mentally challenged, but he is not an idiot, contrary to popular belief. Reluctant to kill a seemingly innocent accountant from New Jersey, he is now on a bloody crusade for redemption, trying to save the man's life. Politically incorrect and unapologetically misogynistic, this no-budget Indie Feature Film blurs the lines between the mockumentary, the film noire, the music video, the comedy crime caper and the art house esthetics to tell the story of a mentally challenged wanna be gangster on a rash redemptive mission.
