Nukhufest is an audience-powered celebration of independent cinema, returning for its 11th year with seven days of screenings and live programs at Cinema Village.
Throughout the season, films premiere on Nukhu, where members watch and vote to determine the Top 10 Finalists. From September 11 through September 17, those Finalists come to the big screen alongside curated Nuvee favorites, thematic short-film programs, feature presentations, filmmaker Q&As, panels, workshops, and special events.
Nukhufest continues on September 19 with its Awards Ceremony and the live announcement of the 2026 Best Nuvee, whose filmmaker receives Development-to-Distribution support from the Nukhu Foundation.
